Starcom Denmark is a media agency offering services in Strategy, Media Planning, Media Buying and Research & Communication Effects. Founded in 1995 as Leo Burnett Media, the agency separated from Leo Burnett to form Starcom in 2002.

The company is part of Starcom Mediavest Group, one of the largest media agencies with more than 8,000 employees worldwide. Starcom is owned by Publicis Groupe of Paris.

CEO Claus Enggaard gives his views on the company's location in Solbjergvej in the very centre of Frederiksberg: "It was more or less by chance that we originally moved our office to Frederiksberg, but having done so, we have experienced many benefits from the location. We are right next to Frederiksberg Metro Station, which gives us an advantage whenever we have meetings with our customers and other partners, of whom many are situated in central Copenhagen, since it only takes a few minutes to get there, which is much faster than by car"

The location is popular with the 20-strong staff working for Starcom Denmark.

"On top of our quick connections to our customers and partners, the employees are happy with the ease of access by public transport and the good car parking capacity compared to central Copenhagen. The surrounding neighbourhood is filled with life during and after office hours, and the fine shopping and dining possibilities and a hotel in the immediate vicinity are seen as an extra bonus. And with lots of good takeaways almost right next door, we never go hungry when we are working late!" adds Claus Enggaard with a smile.
